Brunswick Baths required designs for stickers that could be given to children after their swimming lessons. The designs needed to be visually appealing to kids and include Active Merri-bek branding.
Character Development
My concept was to create a funny design around an animal, which led me to develop characters of lifeguard cats that need help swimming with floating aides. This concept played on the irony of cats swimming, while the floating aides provided an empathetic connection to learning to swim.
